Located on the esplanade of Terminal 1 at Nice Airport, LOBSTA offers delicious lobster rolls à la carte or as a set menu. These buttered and toasted brioche buns are filled with American lobster meat and prepared to order, but there are also bowls, desserts and signature cocktails.

LOBSTA ROLLS from the United States and Canada, combined here with French gastronomy. These buttered brioche rolls filled with lobster meat come in several varieties: the Parfait, the Niçois with its homemade aioli flavoured with Provençal herbs, and the Original, which pays homage to the crustacean in its simplest form: lemon butter and fleur de sel.
