Meet & Greet on arrival

At the door of the plane:

• Meet & Greet by one of our multilingual hostesses (preferred language subject to availability) on the airplane gangway or on landing runway
• Escort you through border controls
• Luggage assistance
• Private lounge while waiting
• Guide to the vehicle or helicopter desk 

Available options :

• Extra baggage fee: 7.50€ VAT excl. that is 9€ ATI. Any luggage (hand bag, cabin bag or other luggage) will be charged as soon as it is taken in charge by our porter service.
• Oversize baggage: 12€ VAT excl. that is 14.40€ ATI.
• Extra passenger: 55 € VAT excl./passenger that is 66 € ATI including one luggage (4 extra passengers maximum per meet & greet, that is 6 people in total)

Supplements:

• For service between 10pm and 7am: +20%
• For last minute service:
  • +50% less than 12 hours ahead
  • +30% between 12h and 24h ahead
  • +10% between 24h and 48h ahead
