Access to the airport on Sunday 29 June

Due to the IRONMAN sporting event, there will be major disruption to access to Nice Côte d'Azur airport on Sunday 29 June 2025

Exits 49 of the A8 motorway (Saint-Laurent-du-Var) will be closed from 5am to 11.15am.

Access to the airport will be via exits 50 (Promenade des Anglais) and 51 (Nice Ouest) only, throughout the day.
N.B. : Even after the reopening of exit 49, it will not be possible to reach the airport via the seafront road.

Access to and from the airport via the Promenade des Anglais, in particular after the Pont Napoléon III, will be closed from 5am to 7pm, due to the neutralisation of the southern lane reserved for the cycle route.

Please plan ahead and, if possible, use public transport (train, tramway, bus, taxi, etc.) to get to the airport.
