Contact the Mediator

In accordance with the French Consumer Code, consumers have the right to seek free recourse in the event of a contractual dispute with Aéroports de la Côte d’Azur (ACA) by contacting the designated consumer mediator:

The mediator can only be contacted after the consumer has first submitted a written complaint to ACA and either received no response within 60 days, or received a response deemed unsatisfactory.
