David Lisnard, Chairman of the Côte d'Azur Tourism Regional Committee, Mayor of Cannes, and Dominique Thillaud, Chairman of the Board of Aéroports de la Côte d’Azur, wish to congratulate Liu Ye, Ambassador of the Côte d'Azur in China, for winning the award for best actor at the Shanghai International Film Festival on June 19. The movie "Cock and Bull" (Chinese: 追凶者也) will be released in China next September.
Last March 31, at the Carlton Intercontinental Hotel in Cannes, Chinese actor Liu Ye, one of the greatest talents of Chinese cinema, was appointed "Côte d'Azur Ambassador for Tourism in China" by the French Riviera

Almost two and a half months after that, this event has already made an impressive mark on Chinese social networks: indeed, photos of this ceremony posted on the actor's Weibo account currently number 140,000 likes, 9,000 reposts by his followers and 19,000 comments; on Wechat, the press article shared by Atout France China shows some 2,600 hits.

Nice, France, 9 April 2025: Emirates, the world's largest international airline, has just passed the 3 million passenger milestone on its Nice-Dubai route. The airline currently operates a daily A380 flight from Nice Côte d'Azur year round, offering its customers access to more than 140 destinations via its hub in Dubai.
For the first time, the group has been awarded the EcoVadis Gold Medal, which has been awarded to just two airports in the world this year. Aéroports de la Côte d'Azur is thus among the top 5% of the 150,000 companies audited worldwide by EcoVadis and in the top 1% of companies in the same business sector.
