Traffic information - Airport access

Due to a sold-out concert on Wednesday 17 December at 8pm at the Palais Nikaïa, traffic disruption is expected in the vicinity of the airport, particularly at motorway exits 51 and 52, from 2pm (when the car park opens).

Passengers are advised to plan ahead and allow extra travel time to reach the airport.

Ideal for business passengers or groups, these welcome areas in both terminals enable you to make direct contact as soon as guests arrive at the French Riviera.

Fixed reception desks are available in Terminal 2, in the 3 main arrivals areas (A1-A2/A3/A4):
By renting a fixed reception desk, you will have a reception desk available in each arrivals area (including 3 arrivals hall access badges).

  • Reception desks at the A1/A2 exit, in the public area
  • Reception desks in the A3 Schengen arrivals area, in the baggage claim area (arrivals hall)
  • Reception desks in the A4 Non-Schengen arrivals area, in the baggage claim area (arrivals hall)

If you want a reception desk in a public area only, you need to rent a mobile reception desk.

You will have unique visibility thanks to reception screens and the presence of your hostesses. With the fixed reception desks at Nice airport, you'll be able to perform initial check-in, inform your customers about transport arrangements from the airport, as well as giving your event wonderful visibility.
