Disruption to airport access
Due to the organisation and staging of the Ironman 2026, on Sunday 28 June from 5.00 am to 7.30 pm, traffic restrictions are planned for Sunday in the vicinity of the airport.
Road closures
- The Napoleon III Bridge up to the junction with Avenue des Grenouillères (two lanes)
- Access to and exits from the airport via the Promenade des Anglais will be closed
- Access to and exits from the airport will be via the M6007 and M99 Digue des Français (riverbank lane) only
- Please use tram line 2 and the A8 motorway where possible
Traffic restrictions
All perpendicular roads providing access to the southern carriageway, between the Pont Napoléon III and Avenue des Grenouillères, including those connecting to Boulevard Georges Pompidou and the airport.
