Nice Côte d’Azur Airport was elected for “Customer Service of the Year 2018” during the awards ceremony which was held yesterday at the Gruss circus in Paris. This award came after a series of tests to assess the quality of customer relationships by means of 225 mystery customer comparative tests carried out by consumers in real-life situations, reflecting the daily requests made at airports.
This success is all the more outstanding as it marks the commitment of the entire company and all of its staff. More than 140 phone calls, dozens of contacts by email or on social networks and research for information on the www.nice.aeroport.fr website has thus allowed an independent body to assess the accessibility of our communication tools, the responsiveness of our customer service advisors as well as the quality and relevance of their response.
To be elected for Customer Service of the Year is a strong sign of this commitment to our customers:
“Within the Aéroports de la Cote d’Azur Group, all our acts, all our investments and all our motivation has only one purpose: to serve the customer. The recognition we have obtained as best customer service of the year, encourages us to always do more: to make things smoother, easier and more agile”, says Dominique Thillaud, Chairman of the Board of Nice Côte d'Azur Airport.
