Nice Côte d’Azur Airport was elected for “Customer Service of the Year 2018” during the awards ceremony which was held yesterday at the Gruss circus in Paris. This award came after a series of tests to assess the quality of customer relationships by means of 225 mystery customer comparative tests carried out by consumers in real-life situations, reflecting the daily requests made at airports.
This success is all the more outstanding as it marks the commitment of the entire company and all of its staff. More than 140 phone calls, dozens of contacts by email or on social networks and research for information on the www.nice.aeroport.fr website has thus allowed an independent body to assess the accessibility of our communication tools, the responsiveness of our customer service advisors as well as the quality and relevance of their response.
To be elected for Customer Service of the Year is a strong sign of this commitment to our customers:

A rare and highly anticipated event for the region, the airport officially inaugurated the extension of Terminal 2 on Monday 13 April, in the presence of Philippe Tabarot, Minister of Transports; H.S.H. Prince Albert II of Monaco; Laurent Hottiaux, Prefect of the Alpes-Maritimes; Éric Ciotti, Mayor of Nice and President of the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis; Charles-Ange Ginésy, President of the Alpes-Maritimes Department; Alessandro Benetton, Chairman of Edizione and Mundys, the principal shareholder of ACA; and many other distinguished guests. The commissioning of this extension will enhance service quality and improve passenger flow for both departures and arrivals, while preparing the airport to meet the developments of the years ahead.
