Nice Côte d'Azur Airport and SSP France are particularly pleased and proud to inaugurate the ‘Bagnard’ restaurant on the land side of Terminal 2 in collaboration with Yoni Saada, the maestro of Mediterranean cuisine.
Today, Yoni Saada's menus transcend borders to offer a convivial experience steeped in emotions and culinary exploration.
This accomplished entrepreneur, founded Bagnard and then Zaza, two benchmark restaurants for Mediterranean cuisine in Paris. Now, to everyone’s delight, he has decided to work with SSP to share a Mediterranean cuisine, where each dish is an invitation to travel, with passengers at Nice Airport. Foodies will be able to sit down and savour high-quality Mediterranean street food. There is also a delecatessen. At Bagnard, these sun-drenched specialities can be enjoyed at lunchtime in a relaxed setting.
Every day, Chef Yoni Saada has fun casting his fascinated eyes over the legendary pan Bagnat to find new ways of serving it with fresh, seasonal, high-quality produce. And if you'd like to take a piece of the Mediterranean home with you, visit his delecatessen. His unique approach, combining Mediterranean flavours with creativity and his commitment to using fresh, seasonal produce have made him a renouned chef on the French culinary scene.
SSP France, world leader in transport catering, is reaffirming its commitment to enhancing the culinary experience for travellers with the opening of a second Bagnard, this time at Nice Côte d'Azur airport.
‘We are delighted to be working with chef Yoni Saada. This partnership will enrich Nice airport's gourmet food offering, providing passengers and the people of Nice with high quality, accessible and authentic Mediterranean cuisine. Bagnard perfectly embodies our ambition to constantly innovate and create memorable culinary experiences in exceptional locations.”
Gérard d'Onofrio, Managing Director France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Italy

Candice Cadreils, Commercial Director, Aéroports de la Côte d'Azur
“I couldn't have asked for a better way to celebrate Bagnard's tenth anniversary, than to open a new restaurant in Nice, in the heart of the Mediterranean. This location perfectly symbolises the spirit of our creations: sun-drenched, gourmet specialities to be enjoyed in a relaxed setting. The pan bagnat, a veritable icon of Nice, inspires me every day to find new ways of serving it with fresh, seasonal, quality produce. I'm delighted to be working once again with SSP to offer a cuisine that transcends borders for travellers from all over the world.”
