Your assistance service
Nice Côte d'Azur Airport and all its partners have joined forces to make sure that accessing its terminals is as smooth and pleasant as possible.
Special assistance is provided free of charge, as required under the European Regulation of 5 July 2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the rights of disabled persons and persons with reduced mobility when travelling by air.
Who should you contact?
To take advantage of a high-quality service, let your airline or travel agent know that you require assistance when you book your flight (and at least 48 hours before your day of departure).
- When you arrive : notify staff that you have arrived at the airport as soon as possible, either by calling from one of the external call terminals, going to the information desk or going directly to your airline’s check-in desk.
- At the security checkpoint : make yourself known to the customer service officer in front of the security checkpoint. He or she will help you through security by indicating the most appropriate checkpoint depending on your needs.
