The Pipo Socca at Nice Airport

The notoriety of this restaurant is owed to its founder “Pipo” who began making this the hottest place to eat in Nice way back in 1923. Today, this baked galette is well-loved by tourists from around the world as well. These days, the socca by “Chez Pipo” is no longer only to be found at Nice's only port, where the institution began, a place steeped in history that has survived the ages while holding onto its authenticity and simplicity.
