Pokawa at the airport

A Pokawa restaurant has opened in the departure lounge of Terminal 2. The brand concept draws its inspiration from the land of seafoam, sunshine, and the intoxicating perfume of Monoï.

A tastefully fresh journey with POKAWA

At POKAWA, Terminal 2 passengers will find all the ingredients that have made the brand so successful since its inception. Here you will discover a warm, colourful setting to enjoy Poke Bowls as a sit-down lunch or to take away, or treat yourself at any time of day, 7 days a week, before your flight departs from Nice.

What kind of dishes can you enjoy at Pokawa’s new airport corner?

The Pokawa specialty? Lickerish Poké Bowls with exotic flavors, as colorful as they are delicious, made with healthy, fresh gourmet products prepared every morning in each of our Barakawas. Halfway between Chirashi and Ceviche, Poké Bowls are initially composed of marinated raw fish, fresh fruits and vegetables, all laid on a base of vinegared rice. Offering a wide range of recipes from savory to sweet, we also let our customers compose their own Poke Bowl according to their tastes, hungers and diets.

Pokawa

Poke bowls are delicious, healthy, and complete, providing a balanced meal that is as good to eat as it is nutritious. The bowls are generous enough to satisfy your hunger and packed with nutrients to keep your guilt at bay.

The brand’s history

In 2016, seasoned backpackers, Maxime Buhler and Samuel Carré discovered Poke, a typical Hawaiian dish. One year and a few thousand kilometres later, the two globetrotters created POKAWA, the 1st specialist Poke chain in France.

Its name was created by joining "Poke" with "Hawaii", to create a brand just like its founders: an ode to far horizons, both through the exotic, colourful and tasty recipes it offers, and the warm, exotic decor of its restaurants.
To sum up, POKAWA combines travel, healthy food and good mood.
