Bruno Oger, chef and owner of “la Villa Archange”, an establishment with two Michelin stars and the title of Grandes Tables du Monde, promotes cooking that aims to be inventive, seasonal, environmentally friendly, and always inspired by the Mediterranean regions.
In more of a bistro style, chef Bruno Oger has incorporated this cooking vision, that is both challenging and generous, into the menu designed for the Estivale restaurant. With the help of resident chef Nicolas Vie, they have created recipes that change with the seasons, are inspired by the repertoire of French cuisine, and all while spotlighting quality products.
The customers at the Estivale restaurant will be able to dine on Arborio risotto with smoked duck breast, Sea bass and prawns à la plancha or Autumn tartler, with mushrooms, hazelnuts, comté and celery creamy.
